We offer $12 regular and $15 express shipping Australia-wide. Exclusions apply for express shipment of some shielding products.

If you would like any of our products shipped outside of Australia, please contact hello@saferemf.com.au for a shipping quote. Alternatively you can order direct from our Preferred Brands
For reference only:
NZ Shipping price is $25 AUD for items 3kg and under. For items over 3kg, a shipping charge of $80 will be allocated to the order. If your order is over 4kg, a custom shipping charge will be quoted for you.
Shipping to the USA for 0-1kg is $45, 1kg-4.9kg $70, and 4.9kg-5kg $105 AUD.
International shipping times are estimated to be 5-25 business days.
Returns

We will repair, replace or refund if a product or service doesn’t meet one of the basic rights, known as consumer guarantees outlined at accc.gov.au. If you would like to return a product under these conditions, please email us at hello@saferemf.com.au and we'll walk you through the steps.
Warranty
Warranty applies, if during the implied warranty period, the original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the product is deemed to be defective. Please contact us to discuss any warranty issues at hello@saferemf.com.au
